Steve did a great job of working with us and it was because of him that we went with 1st Choice. He did a great job of explaining the project plan with us and the timetable. They showed up on time and did a great job with the teardown, installation and cleanup.

More than 5 years ago, I was advised that I needed a new roof. 1st Choice Roofing was recommended to me by my brother. When I called to request an estimate, Tom Krafcik came to our home, and he walked the roof. He said we don't need a new roof and that it should last at least another 5 years. I really appreciated his candor and told him I would definitely call him when the time came. Well, the time came, and I called him. I guess Tom is higher up in the company now, so it was Ryan who came to our home, this time. He gave us a thorough explanation of the options company offered and answered all of our questions. We advised him that were getting other estimates but would let him know. Ultimately, we decided to go with 1st Choice Roofing. We didn't go with them because they had the lowest price. They weren't. We went with them because we believed they would do what they'd do. Happily, they did! Regardless of whoever we spoke with, whether it was Tom, Ryan, Danny- who managed the crew and the crew itself- or Courtney in the office, they were courteous and respectful to us. The crew arrived on the day and time they'd be here, and they completed the job on the same day, including clean-up. I've done my share of roofing over the years, and I walked the roof afterwards, myself. I wholeheartedly recommend 1st Choice Roofing. They do a great job!

First let’s start off and say Steve was my salesman and what a personable guy he is. I had several other companies come out and do an estimate FOR me but Steve did the estimate WITH me. He wasn’t just there to get my money, he was there to be honest and give me the information that was needed and made small talk along the way. The other companies that came out were in and out and didn’t care if I went with them or not. Steve told me to cancel my other appointments for estimates because he knew his product and his knowledge as well as his crew would do what they had to do to not only get the job done, but to do it professionally, and with Integrity. Best warranty in the business. I was informed of the process from the second I signed the paperwork until the job was completed. They said they would be there and they were, not only were they there, they were on time, professional, and did quick outstanding work. Thanks again, Steve. Work was performed 8/16/23.
